NAA specializes in supplying high-performance aluminum alloys engineered for your specific products and application needs. Whether you’re designing for enhanced strength, superior corrosion resistance, or lightweight durability, our specialty alloy material options deliver unmatched performance and reliability tailored to your specific requirements.
By aligning alloy composition with your product’s unique requirements, we help you achieve greater efficiency, longevity, and cost-effectiveness. From aerospace to automotive parts to industrial applications, manufacturers rely on NAA’s premium metal grades and material expertise to deliver the right alloy for the product at hand.
Brass
Excellent machinability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic finish. Our customers commonly use brass for manufacturing fittings, valves, musical instruments, and decorative hardware.
Bronze
Superior wear resistance, low friction, and high load-bearing capacity make bronze ideal for our customers’ industrial bushings, bearings, marine hardware, and other applications that require unique mechanical friction properties.
Copper
Highly conductive and naturally corrosion-resistant, copper is essential for our customers’ electrical applications and various electronics components, as well as in plumbing and industrial fluid systems. NAA stocks C110 copper, offering excellent electrical conductivity and workability.
Delrin (Acetal)
A high-strength engineering plastic with low friction and excellent dimensional stability, Delrin is ideal for machined components, bushings, gears, and insulators. Our customers widely use Delrin as a metal replacement due to its lightweight properties and/or low electrical conductivity.
Nylon
A durable, lightweight plastic offers excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. Our customers commonly require nylon for manufacturing rollers, guides, wear pads, and structural components in industrial and mechanical systems.
Other Plastics (General Engineering Grades)
From UHMW to PVC and PTFE, NAA supplies a variety of plastic materials engineered for resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and impact. Ideal for conveyors, liners, insulators, and non-metallic structural components.
Tool Steel
Engineered for toughness, heat resistance, and durability, tool steel is used for cutting tools, dies, punches, and molds. NAA provides multiple tool steel grades to meet your application-specific hardness and machinability requirements.
